I mean does it matter what level you are at? The Linux emulation are a rather complete linux binary install simply because the host operating system is different shouldn't make it illegal. If I run flash player from inside Windows XP from FreeBSD as host via a emulator such as Bochs or VMware does this mean I am still breaking the law? I don't see any difference its the exact same thing, although its a slightly different emulation method its still not being used via the master host OS that they allow. So technically if follow their rules if you run FreeBSD inside windows XP via VMware you should be allowed to run the flash player. Mike
