Maybe if enough people complain then Sprint might shut them down. * Send both root and postmaster at easyway.net an email message asking them to stop spamming your site. Include the following paragraph: Spamming is a waste of my time and resources as well as being against the law. By Spamming my site you are in violation of US Code Title 47. The following is a quote ... By US Code Title 47, Sec.227(a)(2)(B), a computer/modem/printer meet the definition of a telephone fax machine. By Sec.227(b)(1)(C), it is unlawful to send any unsolicited advertisement to such equipment, punishable by action to recover actual monetary loss, or $500, whichever is greater, for each violation. * Have your attorney draft and send a letter by registered mail to the State Attorney General and US Attorney General in you state. In this letter inform the attorney generals of this violation of federal law and ask them they plan on pursuing the case. If they are not going to pursue, why not. Make sure easyway.net also gets a copy of this letter by registered mail.
