Probably nothing. ftp.freebsd.org is a bit overtaxed recently (there was a message about it posted to freebsd-announce the other day). You're most likely being kicked off because of too many users. You may want to edit the makefile for that package and have it look at a different host (such as ftp2.freebsd.org), or do what it said and get the tarball manually and put it into /usr/ports/distfiles/ .
