There are several tools available to do that in the audio/ subsection
of the ports collection.
Personally I use 'dagrab' to get the raw data from the CD and then
'bladeenc' to encode the raw audio into an MP3 file.  You might wish to
experiment a bit to see which tool(s) suit you best.
