ppp.linkup is a set of commands to run after you get connected.  I have some 
routing information in there (which doesn't seem to do anything).  

MYADDR:
delete 128.223.170.0
delete 128.223.170.159
delete 128.223.171.255
add 0 0 HISADDR

Check /etc/ppp/ppp.linkup.sample for info.
