I'm going to get a Mitsumi 16X drive today. That means a separate card, yes. I don't know if Mitsumi still creates special interfaces; I thought everybody had switched to IDE and SCSI. I'd recommend going with a SCSI CD-ROM if you can/want to afford it, and an IDE otherwise. Eivind.
