Does /usr/src/sys/types.h exist? On NetBSD, you probably will
need to install the kernel sources (or system sources, to be
sure) if you want to build a kernel module. Maybe check if
there is an option to use the system's /usr/include/sys/types.h.

But you should ask this on a NetBSD mailing list. This one,
as the name suggests twice, is for FreeBSD questions. ;-)

Check the documentation. It should be explained in the README
coming with the module's sources.
