Phone Messages are taken down by hand. There are no backup for internal documentations As a developer I need a way to=20 centralize the above documentation=20 a easier way to access the documentation (like a search engine on the intranet) a easier way to keep phone messages a backup tool for internal documentation Question: - What tools, solutions, web sites, books can I refer to or look at to find a solution to the above problem?
