The manpages I need to refer to (dhcrelay.8, dhcpd.8 and dhcpd.conf.5) actually _are_ available via our man.cgi, since they're part of the NetBSD 1.5.2 base system. So should I do something like linking to them (I really don't like this idea), or is this better? : The dhcrelay.8 manual page installed by the net/isc-dhcp3 has more details.
