Log:
  Update the mount_nfs.8 man page to include NFSv4.2.
  
  r355677 added NFSv4.2 support to the NFS client. This patch updates the
  mount_nfs.8 man page to reflect that.
  It also clarifies that the "nolockd" option does not apply to NFSv4 mounts.
  
  This is a content change.
