Procmail will do what you need quite nicely. You can install procmail and run it from a .forward file or build a .cf file with the FEATURE(`local_procmail') enabled. Double check the FEATURE this is recall off the top of my head. This will enable using procmail as the default local delivery agent. Meaning it will then act on any /etc/procmailrc filtering rules or any ~/.procmailrc files should they exist at the option of each user.
