They blew me off, and said contact IBM for info/support!? What the hell would IBM know? They didn't make the card! When I replied, they blew me off again stating they "cannot reply to emails", Please go here and fill out a web email form submission for assistance! What a joke! All they did was slap their own name on it, and OEM it to IBM with an IBM licensed/branded driver. Thanks for your help!!!!!! I'll let you know how it works out. -Tony Brooks Davis <brooks@one-eyed-alien.net> wrote .. > On Fri, Feb 15, 2002 at 10:51:29PM -0800, Tony Saign wrote: > > none0@pci0:3:0: class=0x028000 card=0x04061668 chip=0x38731260 rev=0x01 > hdr=0x00 > > > > I think this is it?? > > But, it doesn't look like any of the pci-ids in if_wi.c > > This should do it: > > {0x1260, 0x3873, WI_BUS_PCI_NATIVE, "Intersil PRISM 2.5 IEEE 802.11b"} > > Apparently Actiontec was too lazy to use their own PCI ID and just used > Intersil's. > > -- Brooks > > -- > Any statement of the form "X is the one, true Y" is FALSE. > PGP fingerprint 655D 519C 26A7 82E7 2529 9BF0 5D8E 8BE9 F238 1AD4 ----------1013843366-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
