Subject:   netboot on a multia system

I picked up one of those "free" multia systems.  I am having
some difficulty in getting it to netboot.  The problem that I have is
that it tftp's the boot file, prints some stuff on the screen, and then
almost immediately reboots.  the Ethernet adapter in the machine is
referred to as "ewa0"  any ideas?
