has anyone looked into setting up a real way to reset the atapi bus? it's kinda bad when i manually control my cdrom drive and it locks up all programs that attempt to use it. for referance: -current of about 2-3 days ago dmesg wdc1 at 0x170-0x177 irq 15 on isa wdc1: unit 0 (atapi): <NEC CD-ROM DRIVE:28B/3.05>, removable, dma, iordy wcd0: 2412/5512Kb/sec, 256Kb cache, audio play, 256 volume levels, ejectable tray wcd0: no disc inside, unlocked i get this on my consol: wcd0: cannot read audio disc wcd0: cannot read audio disc atapi1.0: invalid command phase, ireason=0xd0, status=d0<busy,ready,opdone>, error=d0 atapi1.0: invalid command phase, ireason=0xd8, status=d8<busy,ready,opdone,drq>, error=d8<mchg> atapi1.0: controller not ready for cmd atapi1.0: controller not ready for cmd atapi1.0: controller not ready for cmd thanks, Alfred To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-hackers" in the body of the message
