I see that some distros also define LWS_WITHOUT_BUILTIN_GETIFADDRS however
according do upstream this should error out if its an issue during build.

Also, 2.X doesn't support anonymous connections by default (you need to def=
ine
allow_anonymous true) but I would assume that it would at least connect and
error out...
