bsd.emacs.mk is not only for elisp ports.
For example, japanese/emacs20-dl-{canna,wnn6}.

And, in the *near* future, many emacsen ports themselves such as
editors/emacs, editors/emacs20, and so on should include 
this mk file, I think.

I think that bsd.emacs.mk does not need to rename. :)
