Hi,
It depends on what parameters you have changed in rc.conf.
For example if you have changed the hostname then go to the /etc directory
grep "hostname" *
You will find the search resulting in a shell script file. Here it is 
rc.network:             hostname ${hostname}
Then just run that shell script.
