You can safly empty the whole directory You can delete /boot/kernel.old if the new kernel is working /usr/local/etc/cvsup/sup/src-all/checkouts.cvs can be safly deleted /usr/ports/INDEX-5 can be deleted, it is used for searching ports (make search name=) and some portmanagers, yopu might want to keep it... You can delete /usr/obj You might want to delete /usr/src, if your not planning to update often that is...
