Daniel, yes the core looks the same as several I already have.  As Richard
said we have workarounds against this panic and we know what commit opened
it up.  The commit itself isn't a mistake, though.  Instead of committing
any of our workarounds we are looking to find the root cause of the panic,
a path that would flush socket send buffer but leave sack scoreboard.  If
you have any clue how reproduce the bug, please share.  You mentioned certa=
in
iperf action/configuration.
