Please run these through sgmlfmt before committing.  

The WWW pages come directly from -current and are updated by cron. Errors
in current mean errors in the WWW pages.  These changes included an error
that tripped up the sgml parser.  I've committed a fix. 

BTW, if you are running -current or -stable (as of a few days ago), you 
can just type "make" to validate.  (This generates both html and ascii, 
to save time, you can say "make FORMATS=html", or replace html with 
whatever format you like.)
