I run also Linksys 10/100 ISA Ethernet card. It recognized as NE2000 NIC, device ed0 . I had a problem with it before, But as soon as I disabled Plug and Pray on it via NIC utility and setup memory range and IRQ manually, it worked just fine. But you have to make sure (if it's ISA) to assign IRQ and Memory correctly. I hope it helps. :) Good Luck !
