Subject:   ports capable of doing STARTTLS...?

Hi, all--

Is there a way of identifying which of the ports are using STARTTLS?  I'm 
familiar with the USE_OPENSSL knob; that suggests a field of about 150 
candidates.  (cc:ed below, as I found the list interesting.)
