Probably.  Multicast routing in 2.0 has never been properly tested,
due to the fact that the person who ported it (me) has never been able
to get a particular Sun reconfigured with an appropriate netmask.

In the mean time, the solution is to use some other sort of host as
your multicast router.  Sorry.
