Try leafnode as suggested above, Inn is a complex product
meant for high volume work.
Only thing is, I think leafnode may not work well with
local groups and those downloaded from upstream; I have
never tried this..you may need to run more than one
incarnation of it.

On the other hand, I may be wrong !
