You can "cd", "rm" -directories in some ways: 1. Use absolute or relative path: rm -d ./-dir rm -d /path/to/-dir 2. Use "--" option: rm -d -- -dir "--" stops argument parsing. It also works with "cd" (I use bash), but I am not sure that it will work with some other shell.
