I booted the FreeBSD VM with=20 vm.kmem_size=3D"200M" vm.kmem_size_max=3D"200M" in /boot/loader.conf and set maxfragbucketsize to 100 with sudo sysctl net.inet.ip.maxfragbucketsize=3D100=20 I executed five runs and each gave the same result.
