I wish that were the answer though... If theres something I missed, I'd love for it to be pointed out... Theres also another makefile in /usr/src/share/sendmail (if i remember right cause my server is down right now) ... not sure what that one does, but I tried that one too, and I think it just re-created /usr/share/sendmail/cf ... where you can make sendmail.cf files... ----- Original Message ----- From: "Tony Landells" To: "Ken Bolingbroke" Cc: "default013" ; Sent: Friday, April 20, 2001 2:19 AM Subject: Re: re-compiling sendmail > Thank you, > > That's the bit I was missing--there is a Makefile in /usr/src/usr.sbin/sendmail > that builds the software from /usr/src/contrib/sendmail. > > I knew there had to be something there somewhere--FreeBSD's just too > good to NOT do it! > > Thanks again, > Tony > -- > Tony Landells > Senior Network Engineer Ph: +61 3 9677 9319 > Australian Clearing Services Pty Ltd Fax: +61 3 9677 9355 > Level 4, Rialto North Tower > 525 Collins Street > Melbourne VIC 3000 > Australia > > > To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
