Hi, On freebsd-current, there was this thread recently about burncd not working because of the ATA_CAM option being enabled in the GENERIC kernel by default: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-current/2011-September/027599.html The remedy for burncd is to use cdrtools from ports for burning CD's, and to /dev/cd0 instead of /dev/acd0 (since ATAPI CD-ROM's appear with /dev/cd0 when ATA_CAM is enabled). Will this change have any impact on GNOME and Brasero, or will it be transparent to users? -- Craig Rodrigues rodrigc@crodrigues.org -- Craig Rodrigues rodrigc@crodrigues.org
