Dmesg says: device_probe_and_attach: xl1 attach returned 6 WARNING: driver "rtc" used unreserved major device number 202 vmmon: SMP support for this release is BROKEN. module_register_init: MOD_LOAD (vmmon, 0xc4c08f17, 0) error 22 The problem lies with vmmon.
