nopers, i don't have the wizardry to hack those into working order, i
used:

binutils-2.8.1.tar.gz   gcc-2.7.2.2.tar.gz 

Sorry, but this seemed to be the workable option at the moment, unless
gcc-2.8.1 compiles "out-of-the-box" for sparc64-elf i don't think i'll be
able to use it.  I just don't have the time to do both nor the skill imo.

Just did, ordered sparcV9 and Sparc & C programming & assembler.

Should have it within the week.
