Hello,

I am experiencing some poor i/o performance - doing a find or
unzipping a file seems to take a long long time.

bhyatt@houdini:/export/home/bhyatt [2] $uname -a
FreeBSD houdini 4.3-RELEASE FreeBSD 4.3-RELEASE #1: Tue May 15 01:47:02
PDT 2001 root@houdini.home.com:/usr/src/sys/compile/SANTACLARA i386

System:
Asus-Tek P2BD 440bx
2 Pentium II 300mhz
128MB RAM pc133
ad0: 9779MB <WDC WD102BA> [19870/16/63] at ata0-master UDMA33
ad1: 8063MB <FUJITSU MPC3084AT> [16383/16/63] at ata0-slave UDMA33

Any ideas?

Thanks,
<<Ben
