Work is being done on this right now, I have one submission that
has gone for review and been rejected by my second set of eyes,
your submission that by your own admission is wrong.  There is someone
working on this that will get it right.

And no, we can't just revert it as there are lots of other fixes in
the same commit that are needed and are correct.
