Instead of hitting OK, give it another name. I believe that Kmail also uses Mail as the default, therefore, you're running into a conflict in that directory. I usually add an 11 so it's called Mail11. This way, if I try another emailer that doesn't give me the choice of naming the mailbox, I have no problem later.
