Please confirm/refute items 1 & 2 ASAP! --- Status: 1: I think that I broke something when I merged the global used for INTerrupt masking by the 8259s (imen) and the global used by the APIC_IO code (IOApicMask). But I am clueless as to what. I just rebuilt a non APIC_IO kernel that works well. But I have no IDE disk so I have no way of testing that aspect of it. 2: Peter commited a fix for this today but we haven't heard back from any >2 CPU testers yet. 3: we really want to get on this one, honest, I swear, no kidding... get those success/failure reports in so we can feel comfortable proceeding! -- Steve Passe | powered by smp@csn.net | FreeBSD
