hi guys

how you all doing over there

i am thinking about starting a data recovery business here in South Africa

apparently, there is only one such business here in S.A. situated in johannesburg and i believe these guys charge "moon fair" for this service

my aim is to bring the same service to the general public for a decimal of the cost

how can FreeBSD aid me in doing this and what filesystems does it support

filesystem access is my primary concern as you can still view files on a crashed hard-drive through UNIX or one of the compatibles

let me know what you think of my idea

is it worthwhile and if so could i actually market this through the internet and how can i participate in writing such software or maintaining such software (if it has already been written)

please guys, your input will be most appreciated (especially if it is positive)

i cannot find formal employment here in S.A. as jobs are scarce and if there is an opening you have to know someone to get in (this is most sucky)

anyways, i will be anticipating your response

sincerely

lorenzo stoffels ( cronus_ghost)
