Hey, no problem, as a result I now have a rough patch in my working dir
(based on yours) that adds support for dirs with *lots* of files :)

And too bad rlog doesn't seem to have a -quiet or -errors-only option,
some of its error messages obviously shouldn't be blindly discarded as
we do now...
