It works just fine without it. This problem appears to be D-BUS related. Do you have dbus_enable=3D"YES" in /etc/rc.conf? You should see a process like the following running if D-BUS is operating correctly: /usr/local/bin/dbus-daemon --system Joe --=20 PGP Key : http://www.marcuscom.com/pgp.asc --=-oPB6Hw7e4bUkVIJpOWat Content-Type: application/pgp-signature; name=signature.asc Content-Description: This is a digitally signed message part -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.7 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQBGXI73b2iPiv4Uz4cRAm8hAJ0cbrdlw0FG/l0ctuIdDvKLPwzsRACgjMQw kA8Kb/TG5XdGm0ydNCK2z6I= =PVWH -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --=-oPB6Hw7e4bUkVIJpOWat--
