It came up as a tangent to a thread on some other recent
change.  It might have been the thread on:

     Re: cvs commit: src Makefile.inc1 ObsoleteFiles.inc ...

It could probably be argued that that subject wasn't a
particularly obvious one for a discussion on doxygen...
