Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii X-Mailer: Mutt 0.91.2i Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG Hello, I am running a FreeBSD 2.2.7-STABLE which is equipped with gcc 2.7.2.1. Would I mess something up by installing a newer compiler? What about making a new world? Isn't the compiler build new from scratch (and therefore set back to version 2.7.x) at this point in time? As usual are any hints very much appreciated. Roland To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
