Try: url: "http://build.intern/packages", mirror_type: NONE, This is the appropriate setting if you have a single repository site, as most private build systems will. pkg+http:// and SRV is appropriate if you have a global network of mirrored package repositories (as the FreeBSD project does) -- so don't copy the standard FreeBSD pkg.conf too slavishly.
