NSI was no help at all.  They wouldn't put forth any effort in correcting the
problem.  When I explained the problem, they blamed Cable and Wireless
and told me to call them.  I couldn't get them to do a ping or traceroute for
the life of me.  I called the Cable and Wireless INOC and they gave me an
e-mail (trouble@cw.net) to send the information to.  I did that...I guess
there's nothing to do now but wait.  Very discouraging.
