Subject: Support for USB wireless adapter?

I've just gotten a USB wireless adapter that works fine with Windows (to
the extent that ANYTHING works fine with Windows, at any rate). However,
FreeBSD doesn't seem to recognize it. It is recognized only by the
"generic" USB driver, which reports that it's an "Askey Computers"
device number 0x123. The adapter has the Atmel USB-to-wireless
chipset -- a fairly common one -- in it, which essentially means
that it's a Prism chip with some special glue. Is there support for
it in FreeBSD (or any of the BSDs)?
