Could the msgs below be due to the PCI bus speed being too high?

May 25 11:41:37 /kernel: tx0: device timeout 1 packets
May 25 11:41:37 /kernel: tx0: can't stop TX DMA

How would i go about checking the PCI bus speed?

Thanks in advance
