Anyway, I can guess... > Platform: > osname=bsdos, osvers=3.0, archname=i386-bsdos OK, this looks like BSD/OS 3.0. As I said before, FreeBSD is compatible. > uname='bsdos server2.hypermart.net 3.0 bsdi bsdos 3.0 kernel #0: tue mar 10 22:52:33 est 1998 root@server2.hypermart.net:usrsrcsyscompilemaxusers256 i386 ' OK. This doesn't tell us much more, except that the server appears to be somewhere in Northern California. > hint=recommended, useposix=true, d_sigaction=define > bincompat3=y useperlio=undef d_sfio=undef > Compiler: > cc='shlicc2', optimize='-O2', gccversion=2.7.2.1 > cppflags='' > ccflags ='' > stdchar='char', d_stdstdio=undef, usevfork=false > voidflags=15, castflags=0, d_casti32=define, d_castneg=define > intsize=4, alignbytes=4, usemymalloc=n, prototype=define > Linker and Libraries: > ld='shlicc2', ldflags =' -L/usr/X11/lib -L/usr/local/lib' > libpth=/usr/local/lib /usr/shlib /shlib /usr/lib /usr/X11/lib > libs=-lrpc -lcurses -ltermcap -lXpm -lXaw -lXmu -lXt -lSM -lICE > -lXext -lX11 -ldl -lm -lc > libc=/usr/lib/libc.a, so=o > useshrplib=false, libperl=libperl.a > Dynamic Linking: > dlsrc=dl_dlopen.xs, dlext=o, d_dlsymun=undef, ccdlflags=' ' > cccdlflags=' ', lddlflags='-r -L/usr/X11/lib -L/usr/local/lib' This looks like some sort of config stuff for a specific package. None of it looks difficult to handle: it's the standard X library. If you tell us what package it is, we might be able to tell you more. If you can get the binary, there's a good chance that it will run on FreeBSD unchanged.
