Slight objection. The premise for taking the handbook out of the source tree was that it should (and does) cover multiple versions of FreeBSD where feasible. In this case, something like .../etc/rc.conf (/etc/sysconfig for FreeBSD 2.2.1 and earlier)... should have been used. -john
