	Depends on what you're upgrading. Sometimes I delete the package before
I install the new one, sometimes I just install over it and delete the
old directory in /var/db/pkg. If you're unsure about this, just use one
of the below methods to delete the package first. As far as I can tell,
there is no difference between the two methods.
