In the logs (/var/log/messages) constantly hear and error like: Dec 25 13:13:32 vesuvius httpd: set class 'default' resource limit datasize: Operation not permitted Dec 25 13:13:32 vesuvius httpd: set class 'default' resource limit stacksize: Operation not permitted Dec 25 13:13:32 vesuvius httpd: set class 'default' resource limit maxproc: Operation not permitted Dec 25 13:13:32 vesuvius httpd: set class 'default' resource limit openfiles: Operation not permitted Contents of the file /etc/login.conf default # uname -a FreeBSD vesuvius.XXXXXX.ua 9.1-STABLE FreeBSD 9.1-STABLE #0: Sun Feb 10 19:44:03 EET 2013 root@vesuvius.XXXXXX.ua:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/vesuvius.3 amd64 # pkg_info | grep apache apache22-itk-mpm-2.2.24 Version 2.2.x of Apache web server with itk MPM. How do I redeem these errors? Or that it is necessary to correct in /etc/login.conf, to correctly set the resource limits for apache22-itk-mpm without compromising security. Thanks. -- Vladislav V.
