You'll either need to upgrade to a version of the kernel that has the cmd6workaround functionality in sys/cam/scsi/scsi_da.c (I believe this is in 4.7-RELEASE and newer), or else add the DA_Q_NO_6_BYTE quirk for your device into the quirk entries in that file manually.
