There is a driver at ftp.jurai.net/users/winter/nvidia/tmp You want freebsd-nvidia-1.0-2315_1_3_3.tar.gz Installation instructions are in the /nvidia directory. This is a beta release that fixes some issues in the 1_3_2 driver such as locking up the machine when restarting X and so forth. These drivers are about 100 times faster at 2d than the stock X nv driver, but please note, there is no 3d acceleration in them.
