Thanks - using older versions helped.

Using fixup4.dat and start4.elf from this zip file works, with one caveat: =
if the usb receiver for my keyboard and mouse (Rapoo E9100P) is
in a usb port when the boot starts, the boot (at least some of the console =
output) goes extremely slowly and eventually fails.
If I insert it after the kernel has booted (after the login prompt shows up=
) the usb keyboard and mouse works normally.
